Together, we aim to do more and care better. We are recruiting an **Administrative Customer Manager** (m/f) to join our **Dentistry** service at **CUF Cascais Hospital**.

**How will you make a difference?**
* Serve as the primary point of contact and “face” of the unit toward customers for specific needs throughout various stages of the treatment plan;
* Ensure efficient management by maximizing clinical schedule occupancy through: appointment scheduling and rescheduling, prior confirmation of customer attendance, and promotion of periodic appointments aligned with the treatment plan;
* Guarantee coordination with other units, acting as a liaison to streamline processes;
* Promote engagement by ensuring customers adhere to scheduled appointments outlined in their treatment plans and by identifying optimal financing solutions for their treatment plans when the value proposition may pose a barrier;
* Receive and hand over laboratory work to couriers whenever this task is not performed by Dental Assistants.
**What do you need to succeed in this role?**
* Completed secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent in Portugal **(mandatory)**;
* Experience in **Dentistry** **(mandatory)**;
* Residence permit in Portugal, for foreign applicants **(mandatory)**;
* Experience in face-to-face customer service (**preferred**);
* Availability for **working hours** **(mandatory)**.
