From that base, you provide indirect functional leadership to a distributed team of Admissions and Student Support Specialists. You own the Boundless Student Support model end\-to\-end: the RTI framework, the Boundless Support rating criteria, the SEL curriculum, the weekly Case Review cadence, and the documentation standards that underpin WASC accreditation. You are the architect of how Boundless supports children across the network, and the person accountable for making that model land consistently regardless of location. You’ll report primarily to your local Education Center Director, with functional reporting to the Head of Education Excellence. **What You’ll Do** **Model \& Standards Ownership** * Own the Boundless Student Support model: Response to Intervention (RTI) tiers, referral and documentation standards, Boundless Support rating criteria, and SEL curriculum * Maintain the playbook and training materials, keeping them aligned to WASC accreditation requirements * Set the standard for documentation across the network and audit compliance regularly **Network Leadership** * Provide indirect functional leadership to all on\-site Student Support roles across the network \- setting standards, running Case Review, and coaching on practice — in coordination with local ECDs who hold the primary management relationship * Run the weekly global Case Review: a structured session where every EC presents active Tier 2 and Tier 3 cases, receives expert and peer input, and aligns on next steps * Onboard and train new Family Case Specialists and Student Experience Partners as they join * Coach on intervention strategy, family communication, and complex cases * Partner with local ECDs on performance feedback and development for the Student Support team **On\-Site Student Support** * Carry a local caseload at your home EC, modeling the standards you set globally * Support the local ECD with educator coaching, escalations, and family communication **Cross\-Functional Partnership** * Partner with the Head of Educational Programming on curriculum, assessment, and student\-facing programming decisions * Partner with Global Admissions to ensure the pre\-arrival\-to\-on\-site handoff is seamless * Partner with the Global Camp Director to ensure Student Support standards are integrated into summer camp programming * Partner with Community Care and Hospitality on family wellbeing beyond the classroom * Contribute clean, structured data to WASC accreditation cycles on student support coverage and outcomes **You’ll Be Valued For** * You have 7\+ years of experience in student support, school counseling, special education, or educational psychology, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role * You hold a relevant postgraduate qualification (school counseling, educational psychology, special education, or similar); WASC familiarity is a strong plus * You have deep fluency in the RTI framework and can teach it accessibly to educators and non\-specialists * You’ve run case reviews before and know how to make them sharp, warm, and action\-oriented * You lead across teams without direct authority, building trust, setting standards, and holding accountability across time zones and cultures * You’re equally at home at the system level (policy, framework, accreditation) and the individual level (a specific child, a challenging family situation, a struggling educator) * You’re fluent in English and bring genuine cross\-cultural sensitivity to student support work with families from 30\+ countries **What Success Looks Like** In your first 6–12 months, we expect: * Weekly global Case Review running consistently across all ECs with structured documentation and clear action items * RTI documentation standards adopted and audit\-ready at every location * All Family Case Specialists and Student Experience Partners onboarded, trained, and operating within the framework * WASC\-ready student support data available on demand with no gaps in coverage documentation * Local caseload at your home EC managed to the same standard expected of the broader team * SEL curriculum reviewed and aligned across sites with clear implementation guidance **Who You’ll Work With** You’ll report to the Education Center Director at your home EC for day\-to\-day operational matters, and functionally to the Head of Education Excellence for network\-wide education strategy. **Why Join Us** * Architectural ownership of the Student Support function at one of the most innovative global education platforms in the world * Cross\-cultural exposure through direct work with families and educators across 8 countries * A mission\-driven environment where your work directly shapes how children learn and how families live * Room to grow as the organization scales **✅ What to Expect Next** * Intro call with the People team * Interview with the local Education Center Director * Practical assessment or structured case conversation * Final conversation with the Head of Educational Excellence or COO * Personality questionnaire * Reference checks **Want to Know More?** Curious to learn more about what we’re building and why?
