Reporting to the MCOUTINHO APV Coordinator in Loures, your main responsibilities will include: * Ensuring control over warranty processes for brands, as well as technical campaigns launched; * Submitting warranty claims to respective brands and monitoring them alongside the technical teams in our workshops. **If your profile matches our requirements, apply now:** * Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent; * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in similar roles (preferred); * Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills considered an advantage; * Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities; * Strong initiative and proactivity; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license; * Residence in Loures or neighboring areas.
