Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to sell health insurance products, formalize contracts, and manage customer relationships, requiring strong argumentation skills and empathy. Integration into a dynamic and growing team. **Location**: Alcântara, Lisbon \| **Mandatory On-site Work** **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday * Full-time: **10:00–19:00** / **11:00–20:00** (8 hours) \- (availability for both shifts) * Part-time: **14:00–19:00** (5 hours) / **15:00–20:00** (5 hours) / **16:00–20:00** (4 hours) **YOUR Responsibilities**: * Contact customers to **sell KeepWells health insurance products**. * Formalize contracts by collecting and validating all required documentation. **YOUR Profile**: * Academic qualification certificate from a **Portuguese school** *(mandatory)*; * **PDEAD Course Certificate** (preferred); * **Call center experience**, specifically in **outbound campaigns using cold databases** (preferred); * Proficiency in using computer tools (mandatory); * Strong **argumentation** and **negotiation** skills, while maintaining **empathy**; * **Fluent Portuguese** and engaging speaking ability. **YOUR Reward**: * Paid initial training; * Signing bonus of €300 (after **3 months**); * **Employment Contract** with a monthly salary of €1,120 (base salary + meal allowance + thirteenth salary) \+ **Commissions** (based on sales KPIs); * Opportunity for **career progression** after 6 months of employment. **Additional Benefits**: * Birthday and Christmas Eve benefits; * "Refer a Friend" program \- earn €50 per successful referral; * Extra break minutes \+ 1-hour lunch break; * Attendance benefit (monthly public transport pass).
