Career progression opportunities **Concierge (Night Shift) – Lisbon** An international company specializing in premium loyalty services is expanding its operations in Lisbon and is looking to strengthen its team with a **Night Shift Concierge**. **Location:** Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon **Schedule:** 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM (3 to 4 nights per week) **Employment Type:** Full-time (40 hours/week) | Permanent contract **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the first guest contact in concierge services * Manage and follow up on high-demand, high-quality requests * Identify guest needs and propose appropriate solutions * Provide support for requests related to banking, insurance, and assistance * Guarantee a distinctive service experience aligned with premium standards **Candidate Profile:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail * Autonomy, organizational skills, and effective prioritization * Proficiency in computer tools (Office and CRM) * Fluency in French (mandatory, both spoken and written) * Good knowledge of English (primarily spoken) * Availability to work night shifts * Team spirit and proactive attitude **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract (40 hours/week) * Salary paid over 14 months * Quarterly bonus scheme * Meal allowance: €8/day * Monthly transportation cost reimbursement * Comprehensive health insurance (after defined probation period) * Continuous training * Career progression opportunities * Integration into a collaborative and excellence-oriented environment Salary: €1,100.00 – €1,400.00 per month Benefits: * Internet access * Meal card/ticket * Flexible working hours * Health insurance * Company mobile phone Work location: On-site
