To support the growth of our team in Portugal, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive focused on achieving sales and margin targets, working closely with manufacturers. **Your Responsibilities:** * Account Development: Manage medium- and large-sized accounts of moderate complexity, identifying growth opportunities and planning strategies to drive business. * Trusted Advisory: Maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers through in-person client visits. * Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans to develop existing business and promote growth. * Value Proposition: Understand and communicate TD SYNNEX’s core value proposition aligned with customer requirements. * Business Expansion: Identify and pursue incremental business opportunities through strong client relationships. * Internal Coordination: Coordinate internal resources via internal relationships and specialized business units. * Opportunity Identification: Identify project opportunities. * Information Gathering: Collect customer information to plan effective approaches and build successful proposals. * Value Delivery: Deliver value to customers while maintaining expected profitability return levels. * Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer needs and issues, escalating when necessary. * Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer profiles to maximize opportunities. * Reporting and Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and general administration within TD SYNNEX systems. * Service Agreements: Maintain and improve Customer Service Level Agreements. * Objective Understanding: Develop a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX’s work practices and business objectives to drive customer engagement. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:** * 1–3 years of relevant work experience. * Ability to build empathy in client relationships. * Clear and effective communication skills, including compelling presentations. * Business credibility and sales expertise, including negotiation. * Strategic planning capability and understanding of strategic challenges. * Product knowledge and experience in the IT industry are desirable. * Experience with CRM systems (Compass) and SAP R3 (desirable). * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. #LI-SS5 Key Skills **At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do:** Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
