**Prospectiva SA,** a company specializing in Projects, Construction Management and Coordination, as part of its expansion policy, is currently recruiting to integrate the **Supervision Department** in the **Lisbon** area: **Role:** Responsibilities: – Promote and carry out internal audits to the Supervision's Health and Safety System, and external audits to contractors' and subcontractors' Health and Safety Systems approved by the DO, on a periodic basis (at least quarterly); – Analyze in detail and globally the various stages of the Safety and Health Plan development from a safety perspective, as proposed for implementation on site by each executing entity; – Ensure together with Site Inspectors that no activity shall begin unless it is included in the Practical Development of the Safety and Health Plan approved by the Client; – Ensure the proper adaptation of the various stages of the Safety and Health Plan Development and Technical Compilation according to the progress of works and project changes; – Collaborate in the preparation of Monthly Safety Reports for construction sites; – Collaborate in training and providing information on Occupational Health and Safety to all members of the Supervision team; – Guarantee the implementation of corrective measures proposed by contractors, as well as the closure of corrective action proposals; Analyze and approve corrective action proposals for non-conformities issued; – Monitor daily the performance of Executing Entities, subcontractors and independent workers regarding occupational health and safety, through random visits to work fronts, in coordination with Site Inspectors; – Ensure and verify compliance with preventive measures prescribed in Inspection and Prevention Procedures, and validate their daily conformity; – Supervise site equipment activities, all related legal and safety aspects, as well as the respective operators regarding their compliance, competence and behavior; – Perform duties in accordance with, and without prejudice to, Decree-Law No. 273/2003, of October 29.
