Passion for seafood gastronomy and the art of hospitality We are recruiting a Chef de Cuisine (M/F) to lead a new restaurant focused on fish and seafood, positioned contemporarily and with high standards. The person who will helm our kitchen must be ambitious, unafraid of challenges, creative, and passionate about seafood gastronomy and the art of hospitality. * Key Responsibilities Recruit and lead the kitchen/service team Develop menus and dishes Ensure execution of the restaurant’s gastronomic concept Mastery of fish and seafood preparation techniques Aesthetic sense and creativity in dish presentation Manage production costs and develop technical specifications Manage raw material procurement and inventory Maintain rigorous quality control and HACCP compliance * Qualifications Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine Higher education degree in Culinary Arts Languages: Native Portuguese (mandatory) and English (preferred) Organized, demanding, and consistent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity, versatility, dynamism, and autonomy Passion for hospitality and team development Leadership and team management capabilities Ambition and sense of responsibility Ability to handle stress * We Offer Competitive salary \+ benefits Performance-based bonus opportunities A project with strong identity and growth potential Creative freedom with clear focus * Location: Av.
