Are you passionate about SAP solutions and looking to advance your career with a market leader? **Job Description** * Perform detailed design of all the requirements for the physical separation, with a focus on the Compensation Module using a clone and clean approach. * During the Build phase, perform all necessary configuration activities. * Autonomously organize, manage, and execute the required project testing (Non\-Regression Tests, Regression Tests, System Integration Tests, and User Acceptance Tests). * Prepare cut\-over activities and deploy the changes to Production. * Manage all project documentation (Global Solution Design Documents, Configuration Manual, Workbooks, End User Training materials, and all types of Testing Documentation). * Conduct Knowledge Transfer and End User Training sessions. **Qualifications** * \+ 3/4 years' experience as a SAP SF Performance and Goals Consultant with knowledge of Succession and Development * Soft Skills valued: Flexibility, Adaptability, Agility, Customer Orientation, Proactivity, Autonomy, Organization. * Fluency in English (\+ B2 \- mandatory)
