If you are based in **Lisbon** and ready to take on a senior role with impact, this opportunity might be for you. **Senior QA Consultant** **Responsibilities** * Lead and support QA activities across web and mobile applications * Design, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios * Define testing strategies aligned with business and project requirements * Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle * Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high\-quality software delivery * Validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes * Execute functional, integration, regression, and end\-to\-end testing activities * Support release validation and deployment activities * Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts * Mentor and support junior and mid\-level QA profiles * Provide guidance on QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure timely reporting of testing progress, risks, and issues * Contribute to the evolution of QA processes, standards, and methodologies **Skills** * 5\+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing * Proven experience leading QA teams or mentoring other QA professionals * Experience testing both web and mobile applications * Hands\-on experience with Xray for test management * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices * Experience designing and executing test cases and test scenarios * Experience with defect management and bug\-tracking tools * Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * ISTQB certification (mandatory) * Knowledge of test automation is a strong plus * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Attention to detail and commitment to quality * Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams * Fluent in English — written and spoken (mandatory) * Based in Lisbon (mandatory) InnoWave gives equal opportunity in employment regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, or any other factor.
