Deliver high-quality work from concept to final execution Join our innovative team as a Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Zumub's brand identity through your creative expertise. ROLE: We are looking for a Multi\-Disciplinary Brand Designer to join our creative team. You need to be someone with the technical depth and conceptual agility to seamlessly move between physical and digital environments, static and animated media, delivering high\-quality work from concept to final execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Brand Identity \& Consistency: Develop and evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and continuous development across all channels and touchpoints. Digital \& Performance Design: Create visually engaging assets for social media, newsletters, website banners, and dedicated landing pages. Physical \& Merchandise Design: Design print\-ready materials for packaging, apparel, and branded merchandise. Motion \& 3D Visuals: Produce motion graphics and 3D product renders and visual assets. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands\-on, multi\-disciplinary design experience (agency and/or in\-house environment); Versatile Portfolio (Mandatory): Your portfolio must demonstrate expertise across print/packaging, digital design, motion graphics, and 3D content; Tools: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); Intermediate knowledge of After Effects (or Premiere Pro) for motion design and video editing; Practical experience with 3D software (Blender, Adobe Dimension/Substance) for rendering, modelling, and mockup creation; Languages: Full professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Profile: Strong sense of ownership, high technical adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail.
