Collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence define our culture. \*\*POSITION SUMMARY\*\* We are seeking an experienced \*\*Channel Manager \- New Business \-\*\* to manage and grow our strategic accounts in Portugal, with a strong focus on clients using or exploring \*\*CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)\*\* solutions. The \*\*Regional Channel Manager\*\* is responsible for building and expanding Broadvoice's partner network in Portugal. The role focuses on identifying, recruiting, activating, and developing strategic partners that can generate qualified sales opportunities and recurring revenue. While channel management is the primary focus, the position also requires a strong business development ("hunter") mentality to proactively create new opportunities. \*\*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\*\* * Recruit and develop strategic channel partners in Portugal. * Build joint business plans with partners to drive pipeline and revenue. * Enable and support partner sales, technical, and leadership teams. * Manage partner\-generated opportunities from prospecting through closing. * Conduct joint customer meetings and position Broadvoice's Contact Center, CX, AI, and automation solutions. * Deliver partner training and sales enablement programs. * Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, product, and pre\-sales teams. * Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management. * Expand Broadvoice's market presence and monitor industry trends. \*\*QUALIFICATIONS\*\* * Experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in SaaS, telecom, Contact Center, CX, CRM, AI, or cloud solutions. * Strong background in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales ecosystems. * Proven ability to recruit and grow high\-performing partners that generate revenue. * Hunter mindset with strong prospecting, relationship\-building, and consultative selling skills. * Comfortable engaging C\-level and business/technology decision\-makers. * Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and CRM skills. * Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (Spanish is a plus). * Selling SaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS, CRM, ERP, AI, or telecom solutions. * Knowledge of the Portuguese technology partner ecosystem (operators, integrators, MSPs, consultancies, BPOs). * Experience with co\-selling, strategic alliances, or reseller models. * Track record of generating sales pipeline through partners. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. \*\*WHY BROADVOICE\*\* \*\* Grow Your Career\*\* Whether you’re interested in advancing technical skills, developing leadership acumen, or exploring new areas, we support your career journey with clear growth paths, access to learning resources, and mentorship. \*\*Enjoy Flexibility\*\* We know life happens outside of work.
