We're recruiting an **Database Administrator (m/f)** to strengthen our team in Portugal with the possibility of working in a hybrid model in Lisbon. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar fields (preferred); * 5 years (minimum) experience in systems administration (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL); * Experience with database clusters, replication, backups, and performance tuning; * Strong knowledge in DevOps tools, Azure, Power BI Reporting Services, MicroStrategy; * Experience in data warehouse setup and reporting; * Experience managing database backup and restore policies/tools; * Experience using performance analysis and optimization tools; * Fluency in Portuguese and English B1 (mandatory). **What we have to offer:** * Flexibility in the work regime (hybrid); * Regular follow\-up plan; * Participation in projects with innovative technology and an international dimension; * Remuneration compatible with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day and Referral Award.
