**Quantum Cuts** is an agency specialized in video and photography content for the real estate sector. We work hand-in-hand with consultants and teams to strengthen their authority, positioning, and market visibility. We are looking for a **Video Editor** on a **full\-time** basis with **immediate availability** to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Editing real estate videos (reels ≤60s and horizontal videos 2–3min). * Selecting takes and assembling simple, effective narratives. * Inserting B\-roll and photographs to enrich videos. * Applying graphics, subtitles, lower\-thirds, and logos. * Audio correction (cleaning, balancing, background music). * Color correction and applying a consistent look. * Final export in correct formats (vertical and horizontal). Requirements * Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent). * Basic knowledge of audio and color correction. * Attention to detail, pacing, and visual consistency. * Ability to meet short deadlines (24h–72h). * Responsibility and organization in file/project management. * Good written communication (for internal feedback). * **Immediate availability and interest in a full\-time position.** Preferences (not mandatory) * Experience with content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). * Basic motion graphics skills (animated subtitles, CTAs). * Interest in the real estate sector and digital marketing.
