Enjoyment of customer interaction and teamwork **Customer Support – Inbound** **Location: Lisbon** We are recruiting Customer Support Assistants to join a team in the automotive and insurance assistance sector. The professional will be responsible for telephone support to national and international customers, management of assistance requests, process follow-up, and resolution of issues, ensuring high-quality service and a positive customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Inbound and outbound telephone support; * Management of automotive assistance requests; * Support for insurance-related assistance services; * Customer contact in Portuguese and foreign languages; * Process registration and follow-up in the system; * Ensure efficient request resolution and compliance with defined procedures. **Requirements:** * Strong communication and argumentation skills; * Clear diction, verbal fluency, and appropriate vocabulary; * Ability to manage conflicts and stressful situations; * Knowledge of English and/or French; * Minimum education level: 11th grade; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; * Customer orientation and enthusiasm for teamwork. **Offer:** * Paid initial training of 4 weeks; * Base salary + meal allowance + shift allowance of 20% (where applicable); * Indefinite-term contract; * 35-hour weekly schedule; * Flexible rotating schedules (4x2) or fixed schedules (5x2); * Integration into a dynamic team with professional development opportunities.
