Motivation to exceed sales targets **Sales Outbound Line** **Location:** Alcântara, Lisbon **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 **YOUR Responsibilities:** * Contact customers or leads to present solutions and **acquire** new customers. **YOUR Profile:** * Call center experience (preferred but not mandatory). * Proficiency in using computer tools (required). * Talent in communication – clarity, empathy, and persuasion. * Motivation to exceed targets and passion for the sales area!! * Fluent Portuguese and an engaging speaking style. **YOUR Reward:** * **Paid initial training.** * Employment contract with a salary of €1120 (including base salary + meal allowance + 13th/14th month payments) + commissions (based on sales KPIs); * Career progression opportunity after 6 months of contract. **Additional Benefits:** * Birthday and Christmas Eve benefits; * "Refer a Friend" program – earn €50 per successful referral. * Attendance benefit (monthly transit pass).
