Currently, we are looking for a person to join the Maintenance Department at our Lisbon establishment. If you feel you need more, seek a challenge, and want to grow, this is the place for you! What will your daily routine be like? Your primary objective will be to ensure the good condition and proper functioning of the hostel’s facilities, guaranteeing safety and maintenance of the spaces. Your main responsibilities within the company will be: · Perform preventive maintenance tasks on facilities to ensure their correct operation and prevent breakdowns. · Carry out corrective interventions whenever failures or incidents are detected, ensuring an efficient and professional response. · Perform plumbing-related tasks, such as inspecting pipes, sewage systems, and sanitary installations. · Participate in the maintenance of Domestic Hot Water (DHW) systems, ensuring their operability and safety. · Carry out basic air conditioning operations, maintaining equipment in good condition and resolving possible incidents. · Perform electrical repairs. · Execute painting tasks to maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the establishment’s areas.
