Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Analyst to transform data into insights and contribute to the evolution of a hotel group undergoing significant digital transformation—someone with critical thinking skills and attention to detail. We’re looking for a **Finance Analyst** who wants to do more than just analyze reports. We seek someone with critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the drive to contribute to the growth of a dynamic hotel group in the midst of strong digital transformation. **What You’ll Do** You won’t just analyze numbers—you’ll help build the future of the business. * Support the monthly closing for various companies within the Group * Prepare and validate management control reports * Assist in preparing financial and operational reporting * Process and validate supplier invoices * Reconcile and analyze current accounts * Perform bank reconciliations * Support daily treasury management * Assist in preparing internal and external audits * Collaborate on the implementation of dashboards and Business Intelligence tools * Identify opportunities for process simplification and digitalization **Who We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, management control, or accounting roles * Advanced Excel proficiency—you treat it as a true ally for data analysis * Experience with ERP systems (Primavera preferred) * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail * Interest in technology, automation, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence * Knowledge of Power Query or other data analysis tools * Participation in digitalization or process automation projects * Experience in hospitality, tourism, or multi-company groups **What We Offer** * €19,380 gross annual salary * Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day * Flexible benefits program tailored to your needs * A light, relaxed, and energetic work environment * Birthday leave day * Health insurance after 6 months, extendable to family members (subject to employee contribution) * Referral bonus program for bringing new talent to the team * Free psychological support via video call with OPP-certified psychologists ***About Bomporto*** Heritage and history.
