Your main responsibilities will be: * Achieve or consistently exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals in line with PUMA brand values. * Deliver high standards of in-store customer experience, aligned with our brand values. * Support receiving and dispatching of products in the store. * Restock merchandise according to sales generated. * Ensure implementation and maintenance of all visual guidelines, guaranteeing that the store’s visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards. * Participate in and successfully complete all mandatory training for this role. * Support correct implementation of promotional activities in the store. * Maintain the store’s physical condition in accordance with applicable guidelines and promptly report any maintenance needs. * Prevent product loss in the store by adhering to PUMA policies and procedures. **Your talent** --------------- \* 1–2 years of prior experience in sales roles. * Ability to exceed sales targets. * Ability to deliver exceptional customer service. * Customer orientation. * Ability to collaborate effectively. * Problem-solving orientation. * Effective communication skills. * English language proficiency is an advantage. **Our principles** ------------------ PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
