La iniciativa y la voluntad de crecer siempre serán consideradas como un punto positivo y diferenciador en la evaluación del desempeño.\r\n\r\n\r\nPagos y ganancias\r\n3 € por cada cita realizada (promedio de 6 por semana) + comisiones adicionales por los servicios contratados en el terreno mediante los instaladores que visitan al cliente en su domicilio (según el resto de profesionales, valores superiores a 900 € mensuales) durante los primeros 3+3 meses del período de prueba. Tras este período, se evaluará conjuntamente la organización, la calidad del trabajo en equipo y, si la evaluación es positiva, tras 6 meses pasará a:\r\nContrato a tiempo parcial o completo (si así lo desea) o continúa con facturas simplificadas como agente comisionista\r\n\r\n\r\nTrabajo en equipo (muy importante)\r\nCreemos profundamente en el trabajo en equipo.
