Required Competencies for the Role: * Knowledge of Mechanics (powertrain systems, machine components, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.), Electricity, Electronics, and Information Systems; * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (technical positions); * Familiarity with the car wash market and related products; * Initiative; * Time management skills; * High sense of responsibility and availability; * Strategic vision and results/objective-oriented work approach; * Organizational and communication skills; * English language proficiency, both spoken and written; * Computer literacy (productivity applications and tools); Responsibilities in Detail: * Assessing customer needs and preparing diagnostics; * Organizing service activities; * Equipment installation and assistance; * Equipment and accessory repair/replacement; * Conducting verification tests; * Organizing services under the supervision of the Technical Director; * Preparing interventions in coordination with the Warehouse Manager; * Traveling to customer locations; * Reporting identified customer needs; * Promoting products/services; * Responsibility for organizing and maintaining equipment and tools in the assigned vehicle; * Product distribution; Offer: * Joining a company with strong national market presence; * Integration into a young and dynamic team; * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and experience; * Professional development and career advancement opportunities based on performance; * Company vehicle for professional use.
