We are recruiting an End-User Support Technician with the following profile: - Minimum education level: 12th grade; - Knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system; - Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networks—including identification of components, peripherals, drivers, patches, and updates; - Monitoring and incident resolution in ServiceNow, BMC-SIM; - Configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure; - Installation of online agents on Windows systems; - Management of Windows backups; - Helpdesk support; - Proactivity; - Organizational skills; - Sense of responsibility; - Opportunity to work with a highly reputable client in Portugal Location: Maia Please send your CV with reference: Tec_Maia Join this team and grow together!
