





Campo 1 The Software Testing and Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing and providing technical support to end\-users and internal teams. This role combines analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation to maintain high standards of software performance. Campo 2 **Key Responsibilities** * Design, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications. * Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements. * Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve software issues. * Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, including diagnosing and resolving software\-related problems. * Maintain detailed records of test results and support activities. * Assist in the development and improvement of testing methodologies and tools. Participate in software release processes and ensure quality standards are met. Campo 3 **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated) and technical support. * Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. * Familiarity with programming languages and databases (e.g., MongoDBKno). * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
