Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) is a department within Power Solutions. CIM is a function that operates across Vestas' value chain, including external suppliers and partners, as well as global, multidisciplinary, and cross\-functional projects primarily related to product improvement. The CIM Tower \& Powertrain team is versatile, as we cover all the components related to the Tower and the Powertrain in the turbine, from main components like gearboxes, generators, and structural tower parts down to bolt connections and small brackets.
