We are seeking a **Senior .NET Developer** to join our team in **Porto**, working in a hybrid mode. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement robust technological solutions based on .NET 6\.0 or later versions and SQL Server, taking ownership of technical and architectural decisions; * Design and develop REST APIs, preferably using the Minimal APIs paradigm, ensuring simplicity, performance, scalability, and maintainability; * Define and promote development best practices, coding standards, and quality strategies within the team; * Create and review technical documentation, ensuring clarity and rigor; * Collaborate with technical and business teams, fostering clear and effective communication and translating business needs into technical solutions; * Identify technical risks, anticipate issues, and autonomously propose solutions; * Lead integration and testing of developed solutions, ensuring their reliability; * Support and mentor more junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and their professional growth; * Actively contribute technical suggestions aligned with client objectives and the project’s technological evolution; * Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment focused on knowledge sharing and best practices. **Requirements:** * Proven solid experience (6+ years) in development with .NET 6\.0 or later and SQL Server; * Proficiency in exposing and consuming REST APIs, including design patterns and versioning; * Strong experience with Minimal APIs in .NET and best practices for performance, security, and observability; * Ability to produce and review detailed technical documentation; * Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams; * High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative; * Capability for technical leadership and guidance of other team members; * Passion for teamwork and continuous learning; * Focus on delivered code quality and continuous improvement of development processes; * Use of Artificial Intelligence tools to support development (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalents), with critical ability to evaluate and validate generated suggestions (valued); * Experience integrating AI capabilities into software solutions (valued). **Work Mode:** * Hybrid (3 days per week in the office). **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
