Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement **We Are Recruiting: Architect for Project Development and Construction Supervision** Our company, specializing in **construction, renovation, and interior decoration**, is looking for a dynamic and responsible **Architect** to join the team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural and interior design projects; * Preparation of technical drawings, measurements, and project documentation; * Preparation and presentation of proposals to clients; * Planning and supervision of construction execution; * Coordination among clients, suppliers, and construction teams; * Inspection of completed work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards; * Support in managing timelines, materials, and technical solutions on site. **Requirements:** * University degree in Architecture; * Experience in architectural projects and construction supervision; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or other technical drawing software; * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; * Team spirit and sense of responsibility; * Valid driver's license. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in renovations and building rehabilitation; * Knowledge of interior decoration and design; * Ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams. **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Participation in construction, renovation, and interior design projects; * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Opportunity for professional growth and career advancement.
