Gewiss Portugal, with over 30 years of presence in the Portuguese market, is recruiting a dynamic professional within a multinational and structured environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare production lists based on received orders, rigorously considering existing warehouse stock levels. Develop charts, maps, and other analytical tools integrating information regarding work stages, material and raw material requirements, involved human resources, and execution times—per product, machine, or section. Analyze and compare production maps, assessing adherence to established deadlines and identifying any deviations from the plan. Ensure contact, whenever necessary, with Production Services, the Italian headquarters, and the customer’s Planning Department to monitor order status and clarify causes of potential irregularities. Prepare reports for various internal departments, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information on the overall production situation. Provide detailed information on ongoing orders, including scheduled delivery dates and any identified constraints. **Profile:** We seek a professional with a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented attitude, demonstrating strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships. Team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory, as well as user-level computer literacy. Candidates must have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in programming and/or planning within an industrial context. A university degree in Industrial Engineering and Management will be considered an asset.
