Implementation of best maintenance practices **Junior Mechanical Engineer** Responsible for supporting technical maintenance-related activities for mining equipment in mining projects, specifically: Supporting the planning, control, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for mining equipment; Monitoring equipment performance by analyzing maintenance indicators (KPIs) and proposing improvement actions; Preparing technical reports and documentation to support maintenance operations; Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (operations, safety, suppliers) to ensure operational continuity; Supporting the implementation of best maintenance practices, including methodologies such as predictive maintenance and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Competency Profile** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; * Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems and industrial equipment; * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation; * Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Language proficiency: English (mandatory) and French (preferred); * Willingness to travel and/or work in a mining environment.
