Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager for Research, Development, and Process Innovation, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring industrial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in implementing continuous improvement and process optimization We are selecting a Project Manager for the Research, Development, and Process Innovation Department. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (preferred), or relevant technical education with proven industrial experience; * Professional experience in resource planning and performance indicator (KPI) control in an industrial context; * Knowledge of interpreting CAD 3D and 2D drawings (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD); * Ability to analyze processes and implement continuous improvement; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; * Technical English proficiency (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and coordinate industrial projects; * Ensure coordination among different departments and operational teams; * Monitor deadlines, tasks, resources, and performance indicators; * Ensure follow-up and validation of work plans; * Support analysis of operational data and identification of deviations; * Organize and facilitate project progress meetings; * Collaborate in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety requirements. **Work Location:** Serpins (Lousã)
