The duties to be performed fall within the current administrative and financial management activities of the "Gene T" project, and associated projects and activities, namely management tasks and administrative tasks related to supporting project coordination and UC services, specifically validation of activity budgets, submission and monitoring of requests on UC administrative platforms, particularly Lugus and others, creation and monitoring of human resources contracting procedures, support in financial management tasks for the project manager at DPA, assistance in monitoring, preparing and submitting deliverables and milestones of the project and complementary projects, ensuring the creation and completion of time sheets for all human resources financially charged to the project, carrying out necessary communications with the funding entity managers and project partners, guaranteeing proper financial execution of the project, and participation in report preparation.
