Support researchers in organizing working meetings within the DYELOOP project, particularly in arranging missions; dissemination and marketing activities. Assist researchers in organizing technical visits, national meetings, and missions with industrial partners. Organize technical and scientific workshops and conferences. Support researchers in managing data produced within the DYELOOP project through storage and preservation in repositories, particularly in the University of Coimbra's Estudo Geral repository and the European ZENODO repository. Manage the website and social media platforms for the DYELOOP project, as well as preparing detailed materials and information about the project for marketing to stakeholders and clients. Specifically, responsibilities will include supporting dissemination, communication, and exploitation of results and activities developed within the project, including disseminating the project via up-to-date and dynamic information on the internet and other communication channels (website, social media, newspapers, radio, television, etc.). Support the preparation of applications for competitive funding projects and actively seek funding sources. Represent the agency or service on matters within their specialty, making technical decisions aligned with higher directives or guidelines. The duties must be performed with responsibility and technical autonomy, even though under qualified higher supervision, and despite being multidisciplinary in nature, given the technical component of the project area, prior knowledge, qualifications, and training in Engineering and/or Technology fields aligned with the DYELOOP project are required.
