Símbolo Didático is reinforcing its Pedagogical Coordination team to support the growth of our work within Certified Modular Training – People 2030. We are looking for a dynamic, organized professional with a strong sense of responsibility who wishes to join an expanding team and contribute to further enhancing the quality of our training projects. Main responsibilities: Pedagogical management and monitoring of modular training programs (People 2030) Support for trainers and trainees throughout the entire training cycle Verification and organization of pedagogical documentation Planning, scheduling, and monitoring of training groups Coordination with partner organizations and internal team Requirements: Higher education degree (preferably in Education, Training Management, Social Sciences, or related fields) Experience in pedagogical coordination or training management (preferable) Knowledge of requirements for funded modular training – minimum 1 year (preferable) Excellent communication, organizational, and self-management skills Proficiency in training tools such as SIGO, MOODLE, and ZOOM We offer: Integration into a young, motivated, and growing team Participation in a national project with significant training impact Opportunities for internal progression Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and experience How to apply?
