Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery Operator to join our team and carry out dough production, baking, and packaging while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Bakery Operator** to join the Alva Sweet team in **Alvaiázere.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform all procedures related to dough production, baking, and packaging, according to instructions and training provided by the company; * Follow cleaning procedures; * Complete all required records for the role (on paper or digitally); * Comply with all rules and procedures implemented within the organization, in accordance with the company’s current food safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Enjoy working in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills. Training in Food\-Defense, Food Fraud, HACCP, and Good Hygiene and Manufacturing Practices (training provided by the Company) Type of position: Full-time
