##### **Job Description** BASI Laboratories - Pharmaceutical Industry, located in Mortágua, are a leading company in their field with over 50 years of history. We are currently seeking to strengthen our Industrial Projects team with: Process Engineering Technician RESPONSIBILITIES: * Measure and analyze production line performance based on KPIs, productivity rates, downtime, among others; * Create and maintain a system of continuous and tangible performance indicators; * Identify and propose solutions for critical points or inefficiencies in the production process, suggesting corrective or preventive actions; * Ensure production lines meet the quality and safety standards required by regulations; * Evaluate production costs and suggest improvements to optimize processes and reduce waste; * Prepare performance reports for senior management, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement; * Train production teams on good practices, process optimization, and efficient equipment usage. ##### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; \- 3/4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other industries - preferably in production line management, process engineering, or quality; * Knowledge of Production Processes and Continuous Improvement; * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), or SMED (Single\-Minute Exchange of Die); * Proficiency in English (spoken and written); * Team spirit, critical thinking, resilience, and proactivity are essential personal traits.
