The selected candidate will be responsible for presenting commercial proposals, ensuring full customer support from the initial contact through to after-sales service. Responsibilities also include prospecting new clients through various channels (phone, email, and digital platforms), scheduling and preparing commercial meetings, as well as updating and managing the customer and lead database. The role further involves participation in commercial campaigns and promotional activities, along with issuing administrative and commercial documentation to support operations. We are seeking a candidate with preferably at least one year of experience in commercial and/or administrative roles, possessing excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Candidates with a strong results orientation, enthusiasm for challenges, and a customer-focused mindset will be highly valued. Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is essential, as is familiarity with user-level computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, among others). The minimum educational requirement is completion of 12th grade, with higher education being considered an advantage.
