Opportunity to manage and upgrade infrastructures EUROCAST PORTUGAL is seeking outstanding professionals to join its **Estarreja** factory, specifically for the position of: **IT TECHNICIAN (M/F)** Reporting to the Group GMD's Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for providing user support and managing the IT infrastructure both locally and across Eurocast Division companies (2 factories in Portugal and 10 internationally). **Main Responsibilities:** * Install and configure new workstations and their peripherals. * Install and perform structured cabling for networking equipment. * Maintain and upgrade existing IT infrastructure. * Serve as the primary contact for user support (Level 1 to Level 2\) in daily IT issue management (ticket creation and incident logging). * Create Active Directory and Office 365\ accounts. * Monitor and ensure reliability of Eurocast Division's IT equipment. * Provide support to IT managers across various locations. * Draft and update procedures. **Profile:** Higher education degree in IT (preferred), with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. **Required Skills:** * Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, and Wi\-Fi networks * Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP * GLPI, Zabbix monitoring * Windows XP through Windows 11 * Windows Server 2008 through 2022 * VMware and Veeam * English mandatory. French (preferred)
