Join us!** **Work Model:** Remote **Location:** Brazil **Level:** Senior ### **Job Description:** We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in **C# (.NET)**, **React**, and **Android OS Latin**, to lead the technical development of strategic digital solutions for Banese. Responsibilities include proposing architectural improvements, reviewing code, and guiding development teams. ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead the development of web, API, and mobile solutions; * Define technical standards and coding best practices; * Integrate corporate systems and mobile applications; * Ensure security, scalability, and performance; * Support the team through mentorship and technical code reviews; * Participate in architecture and technical roadmap decisions. ### **Technical Requirements:** * Advanced experience in **C# (.NET Core)** and **RESTful APIs**; * Proficiency in **React**, **JavaScript**, **HTML**, **CSS**; * Solid experience in **Android (Kotlin/Java)**; * Knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), and CI/CD pipelines; * Experience in system integration and application security. ### **Profile:** A technically strong leader with strategic vision, autonomy, and excellent communication skills across business and IT areas.
