Collaboration in drafting regulations and promoting corruption prevention **Offer Code:**OE202604/0075 **Offer Type:**Standard Competitive Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation **Agency/Service:**Polytechnic Institute of Guarda **Employment Contract:**Fixed-term Public Employment Contract (CTFP) **Duration:**12 months **Work Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**Level 16 or 26 **Monthly Supplement:**0.00 EUR **Job Position Description:**This competition concerns a job position whose functional content corresponds to the general career of Senior Technician, particularly within the Legal Office of the IPG, including, inter alia: * Providing technical-legal advisory services across all operational areas of the IPG; * Drafting legal opinions, reports, and conducting legal studies on any matters submitted by the President; * Managing administrative litigation; * Providing legal support and intervention in disciplinary proceedings; * Ensuring collection, processing, and dissemination of legislation, case law, and legal doctrine relevant to the IPG’s duties; * Collaborating in preparation, drafting, and analysis of draft regulations, contracts, resolutions, protocols, orders, and other documents requested; * Promoting monitoring and updating of the Corruption and Related Offences Risk Management Plan; * Promoting development and monitoring of norms and procedures related to Corruption Prevention; * Providing legal support for drafting and reviewing plans and programs which the IPG is legally required to adopt and implement, or others determined by the President of the IPG; * Supporting the Human Resources Management Division on various matters requiring legal assistance; * Managing correspondence and archiving for the Legal Office; * Performing other legal-related tasks assigned or requested. 5.2.
