HR Technician – Payroll and Tax Compliance

We are a leading company in the bakery and pastry sector, with in-house production, island-wide distribution, and a network of our own stores. The role primarily involves responsibilities related to PAYROLL PROCESSING and compliance with LEGAL/TAX OBLIGATIONS, with potential support in recruitment and contract management. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform payroll processing in ERP Primavera; * Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations: DMR, Social Security, Single Report, wage garnishments, among others; * Process vacation records and communicate them to the insurance provider; **Other inherent responsibilities:** * Submit work accident reports and monitor related processes; * Manage Occupational Health and associated actions; * Lead/Support recruitment and selection processes; * Ensure contract management and update individual employee files; * Monitor contract renewals, attendance, and administrative records; * Leave Management **Ideal profile:** * Degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, Psychology, or equivalent fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in environments with a large number of employees; * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR administrative processes; * Proficiency in ERP Primavera; * Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and confidentiality; * Good communication and interpersonal abilities. **We offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * A dynamic and collaborative environment; * Opportunities for professional development; * Competitive remuneration based on demonstrated experience.
