Responsibilities \- In-person and telephone customer service; \- Vehicle reception and service request registration; \- Opening, monitoring, and closing of repair orders; \- Service scheduling and workshop calendar management; \- Communication among customers, mechanics, and technical supervisors; \- Preparation of quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents; \- Cash handling and payments (where applicable); \- Updating computer systems and documentation archiving; \- Customer follow-up throughout the entire process, ensuring clear information regarding deadlines and costs. Requirements \- Minimum secondary education qualification; \- Prior experience in customer-facing roles (preferably in a workshop or automotive sector); \- Good user-level computer skills; \- Organizational ability and capacity to manage priorities; \- Strong communication skills and customer orientation; \- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and proactivity; \- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
