





Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more. * Work independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time Management * Be responsible for 3rd\-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changes * Take charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systems * Implement support packages effectively * Coordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibility * Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification * First professional experience in the SAP HCM environment will enable you to act as a competent contact for our HR department * You have in\-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA), German payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM) * Ideally, you have good ABAP programming skills * Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self\-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirable * You have excellent communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skills * You have excellent English skills and enjoy working in an international environment, in addition German language skills is an advantage Slovakia: The monthly salary range is between 2\.200€ and 2\.500€.
