Participate in sustainability and circular economy projects **About the Role** We aim to strengthen the team at our Santo Tirso industrial unit with a Shift Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Production Director, the selected candidate will lead the shift production team and its respective processes, ensuring achievement of production targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Today, we supply a broad range of recycled and recyclable products across various locations in Europe. Every day, we provide insulation systems for the construction industry — a key step toward reducing CO2 emissions and achieving environmental sustainability goals and ecological footprint reduction. We produce 50 million fish boxes annually, ensuring safe transport for 3 billion meals and reducing food waste. In 2023, 6 million vehicles included BEWI components, delivering excellent passenger protection and safer journeys.
