As a **Senior Functional Test Engineer – QA and Test Automation**, you will be working for our client, a leader in software quality assurance. You will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high\-quality products through sophisticated testing strategies and automation, enabling your team to shape the future of digital experiences. **Your main responsibilities:** * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications. * Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Jira Xray. * Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality. * Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing lifecycle. * Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders. * Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality. **You're ideal for this role if you have:** * At least 6 years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. * Proficiency in Jira Xray for test management and defect tracking. * Proficiency using Jira and Confluence. * Fluent in French (spoken and written – B2 level); English fluency is a plus. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast\-paced environment. **It is a strong plus if you have:** (optional) * Certification in testing or automation tools. **Language Required for the role:** * Fluent in English and French. **Eligibility for the role:** * Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. \#MAKEYourCareerBETTER Interested?
