Your challenge: * Receive spare parts and parts physically, carrying out the respective review to ensure integrity. * Barcode each part. * Enter the system (E1\) for physical orders. * Properly locate the material in the warehouse, ensuring simplicity and efficiency of the ready. * Ready and support orders placed by plant or maintenance. * Relocation of leftover parts that return from the plant. * Warehouse egress of parts delivered through Oracle. * Cycle counts and inventory correction. * Enter virtual orders into the system (orders for services that must be received in Oracle) * Responsible for inventory accuracy. * Responsible for the integrity of master data (descriptions, part \#, supplier, etc.) * Responsible for properly organizing the spare parts warehouse. * In charge of ensuring a safe operation. * Responsible for ensuring the integrity of spare parts (prevent loss or theft of parts) We are looking for someone with: * Secondary education (12th grade). * Ability to read and understand documents related to safety rules, operation, maintenance, emails, and other relevant information. * Ability to write and communicate properly on a day\-to\-day basis. * Ability to express needs assertively and clearly in small groups or one\-on\-one. * Advanced knowledge of using hand held and systems. * D3 License. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work/collaborate within teams. * Attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions * Computer knowledge and good typing skills required. * Ability to lift minimum 10 kg on a regular basis * Must be able to lift 20 kg periodically * Must be able to stand, kneel or squat for extended periods of time * Must be able to climb ladders, work at elevated heights, and can enter confined spaces * Must be able to push/pull over 20 kg * Must be able to reach above shoulder level * Must be able to operate power/hand tools We're waiting for you!
