We are looking for **Production Operators** to strengthen our team at our Amarante (Aboadela) factory. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Assemble small components manually or using semi\-automatic machines; \- Verify the product's visual and dimensional conformity; \- Comply with commercial standards and internal regulations; \- Immediately inform the Team Leader of any event that may prevent on-time product completion; \- Perform TPM according to the defined frequency; \- Promote continuous improvement ideas. **Requirements for the Role:** \- Dexterity for manual tasks; \- Good concentration ability; \- Attention to detail; \- Proactivity and dynamism; \- Ability to work in a team; \- **Availability for a fixed shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday).** Type of Position: Full-Time Compensation: €1,110.00 – €1,125.00 per month Benefits: * Commercial discounts * Free parking Work Location: On-site
