Therefore, we need to maintain an updated layout and carry out simulations to increase capacity. After project approval, we need to plan all the works and materials required for the procurement process with suppliers. This person will also support the implementation and maintenance of a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), planning activities and monitoring execution. Support in the configuration and development of BMS (Building Management System). **Main responsibilities:** Study and implementation of mechanical and electrical installations Analysis of technical drawings Creation of 2D and 3D technical drawings using best practices and in compliance with information from relevant departments Manage assets and maintenance plans Collaborate in the development of BMS Work with other departments that have needs in layout studies Project management **Knowledge and skills:** Responsible and able to work independently Excellent communication skills Problem solving High level of English Preferably completed secondary or higher education in technical fields such as electricity or mechanics Expert in drawing software such as Autocad, Navisworks, Inventor, E\-drawings, Revit and SolidWorks Maintenance and asset management software (CMMS) Knowledge of technical management systems (BMS) Ability to work with MS Office tools If you have questions about this job opportunity do not hesitate and contact us.
