Job Description/Responsibilities: \- Architectural Studies and Project Development; \- Preparation of construction cost estimates/budgets and work quantity schedules; \- Development of strategies to ensure construction costs remain within the project budget; \- Contacting partners and suppliers and requesting price quotations; \- Negotiating prices with suppliers; \- Supervising awarded projects during conceptual design and construction phases; \- Monitoring costs of ongoing construction works. Required Competencies: \- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD; \- 3D Modeling and Rendering software; \- Planning and organizational skills; \- Valid driver's license.
