Your Mission
Budget preparation and management for the Unit;
Shift planning and team management;
Human Resources management, performance evaluation, and assessment of team members' progression potential;
Achievement of business objectives;
Stock planning and management;
Competitor analysis;
Definition and implementation of improvement initiatives;
Proposal of promotional activities.
