Job Summary: We are seeking a Group Reservation Operator responsible for contracting, negotiating, managing reservations, and coordinating the logistics of group travel. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training and a professional environment with a passion for travel Reservation Operator – Groups We are looking for a methodical, responsible, and travel-passionate individual to join TopElite Turismo’s operations team. Your day-to-day work involves bringing group trips to life — from the initial request to the final kilometre. 01 What will you do? You will be responsible for contracting and coordinating ground services for our group travel programs. — Supplier contracting: hotels, restaurants, coaches, guides, and complementary group services. — Negotiation: rates, terms, room allocations, meals, and contractual clauses. — Reservation management: issuance, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations. — Logistics coordination: liaison among sales, treasury, and local partners. — Document control: rooming lists, vouchers, contracts, and passenger lists. — Operational support: resolving unforeseen issues during group operations. 02 Who are we looking for? — WHAT MATTERS MOST TO US A strong sense of responsibility — above all. A group entrusts us with their holidays; we entrust you with the operation. In addition, we value: — Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a directly related field. — GDS Amadeus proficiency — a significant plus (not mandatory). — Proficiency with computer tools and willingness to learn internal systems. — Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
