**Store: Maia**
#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* Deliver proactive, personalized, and mobile customer service, establishing the foundation for a trustworthy relationship that ensures loyalty of the Resident Customer;
* Take responsibility for selling solutions to the Customer, anticipating and accurately identifying the Resident Customer's needs, and supporting them in selecting the best solution (product + complements + service) to meet their needs;
* Possess in-depth knowledge of the product range within your department and its complementary offerings, conveying confidence and professionalism to the Resident Customer;
* Ensure Clean, Signposted, and Safe presentation of your linear space, striving for an attractive display of products on shelves/podiums, as well as all educational materials and informational signage (labels and prices) within your department;
* Contribute to maintaining high stock quality in your department by implementing necessary action plans to address AVS items, non-viable stock, overstock, and visual stockouts, ensuring effective communication flow with the Store Logistics team;
* Proactively conduct self-audits of the aisle(s) under your responsibility, promoting cleanliness of displays, linear spaces, aisles, and advisory points;
* Support complaint management, SPV processes, and returns.
#### **Who We Are Looking For:**
* Educational qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
* 1 to 2 years of professional experience;
* Good user-level computer skills.
* Knowledge of and ability to operate material handling equipment (preferred);
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
* Ability to handle stress;
* Organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
* Initiative and proactivity.
